In the room
The session itself. Asking the question nobody else has asked, and holding you to the direction you declared.
Twenty-plus years across engineering, strategy consulting, and building and running businesses. Now all of it sits on your side of the table.
Helping owners and investors test whether a business, product or venture is worth backing.
Pricing strategy for pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers and manufacturers.
Raising capital from angel and institutional investors for a business I co-founded.
Working alongside leadership teams through debt and capital restructuring.
A question I asked of my own company, and acted on.
Go-to-market and franchising strategy for NDIS, aged care and healthcare businesses.
Different businesses, same questions. The one you're facing is probably on this list.
See the results →I sit with them, make them say where they're taking the business, then test it hard: the numbers, the market, the model, the way it's actually put together. Then I clear what's in the way and correct the direction as the evidence arrives.
What comes out the other end is one strategy. Revised, tested, and owned by the person who has to execute it.
In my experience people don't execute a plan someone gave them. They execute the one they arrived at themselves. My job is to ask the questions that get you there, not to get there first and tell you about it.
Discovered is owned. Told is not sold.
That's the whole philosophy. Everything else about how I work is machinery in service of it.
Start with a coffee, then a Health Check. You choose the depth of support, and we keep testing as the business moves.
The session itself. Asking the question nobody else has asked, and holding you to the direction you declared.
The analysis between sessions. Your numbers, your market, your model, worked properly, and brought back as something built.
A written direction, a tested model, and a plan with the numbers underneath it. Something you can act on without me in the room.
The person you meet over coffee is the person doing the work, and accountable for it.
Based in Melbourne. In person locally, remotely everywhere else.
The things that hold a business back show up in every sector I've walked into: an untested direction, a model nobody's checked, a margin nobody's looked at properly.
