This policy explains how IN4GREAT Pty Ltd (ACN 622 048 846), trading as Sari Zack Business Coaching & Advisory ("I", "me", "my"), collects, holds, uses and discloses personal information. I handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
I don't ask for sensitive information (such as health information), and please don't send it.
Directly from you: through the booking scheduler, the email sign-up form, email, phone and our conversations. I don't buy contact lists.
I use your information only for these purposes, or for a related purpose you'd reasonably expect, unless you agree otherwise or the law requires or allows it.
I only email people who have signed up. Every email says who it's from and has a one-click unsubscribe, and I act on unsubscribe requests promptly, as the Spam Act 2003 requires.
I don't sell or rent your personal information. I share it only with service providers who help me run the practice, and only as far as they need it:

Some of these providers store data on servers outside Australia, including the United States. I choose providers with recognised security practices and take reasonable steps to make sure they handle your information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Your information is stored in password-protected, access-controlled accounts with reputable cloud providers. I keep it only for as long as I need it for the purposes above or as the law requires. After that, I delete it or de-identify it.
This site uses Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use it, such as which pages are viewed and how people arrive at the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your IP address, device and browser type, and browsing behaviour on this site. This information is processed by Google, including on servers in the United States, under Google's own privacy policy. You can block cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work, or opt out of Google Analytics tracking using Google's browser add-on.
You can ask to see the personal information I hold about you, or ask me to correct it, at any time. Email [email protected] and I'll respond within 30 days. If I can't give you access for a legal reason, I'll explain why.
